By using this website or purchasing from the RUEZALS Etsy shop, you agree to these terms. We keep them plain so expectations are clear.

Intellectual Property and Pattern License

RUEZALS names, lore, artwork, written copy, product images, crochet patterns, coloring pages, printable files, and related creative materials belong to RUEZALS or their respective creators. Please do not copy, redistribute, upload, resell, or claim our files, designs, images, or written instructions as your own.

Purchased crochet patterns and coloring books are for personal use unless a listing says otherwise. You may sell finished handmade pieces you personally make from RUEZALS crochet patterns in small quantities with credit to RUEZALS as the pattern designer. Pattern files themselves may not be shared, resold, or republished.

Digital Sale Finality

Digital purchases are generally final once purchased or downloaded because the files can be accessed immediately through Etsy. If there is a file access problem, contact us through Etsy messages so we can help.

Finished-Item Issue Window

For finished physical pieces, please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us through Etsy within 7 days if the item is damaged, incorrect, or has a fulfillment issue. Keep packaging and photos if damage occurred during shipping.

Limitation of Responsibility

Craft results vary by yarn, hook, tension, materials, printer settings, skill level, and other factors. RUEZALS provides patterns, files, previews, and finished goods in good faith, but we cannot guarantee identical results or uninterrupted third-party services.
