Thank you for shopping the Dawn Collection. RUEZALS products are sold through Etsy, where checkout, payment processing, order records, and digital delivery tools are handled by Etsy.

Returns & Exchanges

Digital downloads, including crochet patterns, coloring books, and printable files, are generally final once purchased because files can be accessed immediately through Etsy. If you bought the wrong item or have trouble downloading your file, please contact us through Etsy messages and we will help where we can.

Finished physical pieces may be eligible for return or exchange only as described in the individual Etsy listing. Items must be returned in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Processing Time

Digital items are delivered through Etsy after checkout. Finished physical pieces are handmade or prepared for shipment according to the processing time shown on the Etsy listing.

Shipping

No physical item is shipped for digital listings. Finished physical pieces ship to the address provided through Etsy. Shipping times, tracking, and carrier delays are handled according to Etsy order details and the listing terms.

Additional Policies

Pattern preview images may be lower resolution for listing display. Purchased PDF files are intended to be clear and print-ready. Please do not redistribute, upload, resell, or claim RUEZALS files, patterns, coloring pages, images, or written instructions as your own.

Finished items made by you from RUEZALS crochet patterns may be sold in small handmade quantities with credit to RUEZALS as the pattern designer, unless a listing states otherwise.
